WAVE RETURN POLICY
Only manufactured flaws/wrongly delivered items purchased on WAVE RESORT WEAR are eligible for return.
CLOTHING: Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. In new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged condition with ALL original packaging, receipt and hang tags.
SWIMWEAR: To ensure swimwear is eligible for return, underwear must be worn when trying on items. Hygienic liner must be intact.
ACCESSORIES: Jewellery is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. Accessories (bags, shoes, choker, gloves) are NON-REFUNDABLE unless they are manufactured flaws/wrongly delivered.
SALE: Items purchased during promotion/sale period are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
*Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to signs of wear, misuse, or alterations.
*For damaged items or wrongly delivered items, please provide an unboxing video. We won’t resolve cases without providing unboxing videos.
*The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred when exchanging items, except in cases where the product has manufacturing defects and is reported after the customer receives the product.
*Customers are responsible for failed delivery attempts. We won’t refund if our customers are unable to receive the item without prior notice.
IMPORTANT: Customers must inform us regarding any issues with the order within 7 days after receiving the order. We will not process any request after that period of time.
Following inspection and acceptable of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund, exchange or store credit (valid for 12 months) has been issued. Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed after it is received at our facility.
